Strengths:

• Superhuman strength that can match even Superman. 
• Knowledgeable in both armed combat and military strategy. 
• Accelerated healing (though only non-fatal).
• Her godly gifts allow her to summon and converse with the deity who bestowed upon her those gifts in order to seek their godly counsel. They are prevented from assisting her directly, especially when Diana is in combat against another mortal. 

Weaknesses:

• She knows little of the outside world, it customs, and laws.
• Losing contact with the Earth's surface will cause her to lose both her strength and her healing factor. Without her godly gifts though, she is still stronger than a normal human being an Amazon, though not nearly as much as she was. 
• Her godly gifts can be tainted when Diana givens into fear, despair, or rage. This is shown by the objects themselves gaining black spots. When they turn completely black, they will be entirely useless, their enchantments are gone. The only one seemingly unaffected by this is Hestia's orb.  
• She refuses to kill her opponents, but that doesn't mean she won't if there is no other option.

Overview: Though Diana is quite knowledge by the varies ways to kill a man, she possess a sort of childlike naivety. She dislikes killing, but enjoys a good old fashioned brawl, as she believes fighting is a great way to increases ones bound with another. She claims to possess a love for every living being and shows this by constantly putting herself in harm's way in order to save people. She does not dislike men like many of her Amazon sisters, but is still perplexed by them.   

Other Equipment:

• The Lasso of Hera - a golden lasso woven from the hair of the goddess Hera, also known as the Lasso of Truth. It compels all beings who come into contact with it to tell the absolute truth and is virtually indestructible. She has yet to attempt it, but it is possible that also works on divine beings as well.
• The Bounds of Athena - bracelets forged from the remnants of Athena's legendary shield, Aegis, and bestowed upon her by Athena herself, as a symbol of her commitment towards Olympus as its champion. They are indestructible and are able to absorb the impact of incoming attacks allowing Wonder Woman to deflect automatic weapon fire and energy blasts.
• The Fire of Hestia - a golden orb that contains a fraction of Hestia's heath and is housed within Wonder Woman herself, specifically her chest. It keeps Wonder Woman warm even in the coldest of tundras and makes her virtually fireproof. 
• The Seed of Demeter - An actual seed the goddess Demeter from her own garden. It rests within the back of Wonder Woman's neck. It grants Wonder Woman both her immense strength and a healing factor. She loses both if her feet no longer rest upon the Earth. 
• A regular old sword    

Diana isn't your typical normal child. She was born on the home of the Amazons, known as both Themyscira and Paradise Island. Her mother Hippolyta, the Queen of the Amazons, bore her not from her womb, but from the clay from deep within the island itself. Diana became flesh and blood, growing older as any child would, before hitting her twenties, her aging completely halting there. The island bestowed immortality to its residents, but only as long as they were actually on the island. This of course meant they were forbidden from leaving the island.

Even since she was a child Diana had a rather huge curiosity towards things and longed to visit the World of Man despite her constant warnings from her sisters about how brutish and uncivilized men were. It was during the 1940s that Diana had her first encounter with a man. His name was Steve Trevor and he was an intelligence officer for the Allied Nations. His plane crashed on the island with Diana first to discover him. The man was badly wounded so Diana took her back to the palace in order both heal him and hear his tales of the outside world.

It wasn't long before the other Amazons discovered the intruder's existence and by Amazon law were fully in their right to execute the intruder. Diana, seeing as she had no other choice, faced her sisters to protect the man's life. She fought valiantly, but it was all for naught, Stever Trevor died of his injuries.

The patron goddesses were impressed by the compassion and strength of character Diana showcased, lobbying her to become the Champion of Olympus, as the gods were expressly forbidden from influencing mortal affairs directly, they in turn bestowed a mortal with great power in order to carry out their will. Diana was given gifts from several of the goddess, with the opportunity to earn more by completing tasks set forth by the gods.

Hippolyta finally buckled down and gave her daughter her blessing to leave the island and journey to the World of Man in the year 2014. Diana traveled to the American capital of Washington DC where she broke into the White House in order to announce her presence and spread the message of peace, love, and justice. She was quickly declared a nutter and is currently being pursed by police forces across the country.
